If you are interested in entering a main dish, side dish or dessert to our competitive potluck fundraiser event, please fill out this form! Note that the theme we are going for is bbq. Just about anything you would bbq as a dish, enjoy as a side, or eat for a dessert is fair game!

Each entry is free- SPOTS ARE LIMITED!
