Please NOTE that this is a waitlist form. Completion of this form will add your child to a waitlist for the 2026 Summer Camp through Oasis Student Ministries. If a spot opens up, Pastor Sam will reach out to each person on the waitlist until all spots are filled*. A $100 deposit will be required to secure registration at that time.

* Spots will also be dependent on available leaders. FUGE requires a 5:1 student:leader ratio by gender. I.e., if we have 10 girls signed up, and only 2 female leaders, there may not be a spot open for a girl unless a girl withdraws her registration, or two spots open up for both a leader and an additional student.
